Castel Sant'Angelo to the left, with the Tiber River on the right.  That bridge is the Ponte Sant'Angelo, formerly known as Pons Aelius, or Aelian Bridge, meaning the Bridge of Hadrian.

Ponte Sant'Angelo, formerly known as Pons Aelius, or the Aelian Bridge, which means the Bridge of Hadrian.  It was completed by Emperor Hadrian in 134 AD.
